Front door RUSTIK is ideal for rustic type, heritage building.
This front door matches Scandinavian type RUSTIK windows. Used as a set, RUSTIK products maintain genuine spirit of the rustic buildings while providing better thermal insulation parameters compared to the old windows and front doors.
Raw materials used for production of the window and door have been duly certified. This system has been exported to Scandinavia since 2009.
Application: residential and commercial buildings.
Leaf filler is comprised of three layers of thermal insulation panels:
thickness – 24 mm; 34 mm; 48 mm.
Such fillers feature good thermal insulation properties and excellent stability.
U = 1.16 W/m2K; U = 1.34 W/m2K
Coating of the filler: moisture-resistant MDF panel.
Inner layer of the filler: 16 mm thick polyurethane foam.
Polyurethane foam core is coated with 0.5 mm thick aluminium foil that blocks penetration of water vapour.

Protection against housebreaking
Front door can be fitted with an extended safety strip. In this case, door hardware is upgraded with additional hooks that lock the front door when closed. For this solution, the front door is fitted interior handle and interior lock only.
Extended safety front door is fitted with upper and lower locks, where the upper lock is operated both from the inside and from the outside, whereas the lower lock is operated by turn tab from the inside and by key from the outside.

Door may be fitted with glazing bars fitted with glass units.
Colours
Colours can be selected from extensive RAL or NCS palette. Paint coating is recommended for the exterior side of the door, and optional coating with varnish of a selected shade or RAL ir NCS paint is recommended for the interior side.

Wooden windows and doors are manufactured entirely of glued wood, using timber.
Paint coating
Water-based finishing materials Teknos (Finland) are used for paint coating.
Teknos paints contain less volatile organic compounds and heavy metal additives than the required minimum established by legislation relating to quality of the products.
Dry paint coat is 120-140 ɥ thick, meeting the standards applicable for the most severe climate.

Standard option: one lock, handles on both sides, front door lock operated by turning tab from the inside and by key from the outside.
Extended safety option: two locks, handles on both sides, upper lock operated by key from both sides, lower lock operated by turn tab from the inside and by key from the outside.
Front door can be fitted with a door closer.
Wooden windows and doors are labelled with CE marking.
Wooden windows and doors comply with requirements established by the EU Construction Products Directive.

Wood timber certificates
Quality of wood timber and its compliance with the required specifications of raw materials is proven by BM Trada certificate and FSC Council accreditation held by the supplier. Wood gluing processes are carried out according to DIN EN 204, D4 standard.
Wood paint coating systems certificates
Certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NWPC Certificate for approval of wood preservatives (Norway), PYR certificate (Finland), Swedac Ackrediteringsbevis Accreditation certificate (Sweden) and others certificates corresponding to each country’s requirements.
Glazing unit certificates
Implemented ISO 9001 system, DS certification, products comply with DS/EN 1279.1 requirements.
Aluminium paint coating certificates
Powder paint coating complies with quality requirements, such as GSB International (quality mark for aluminium components used for construction) and SFS 5795 (SFS – Finnish Standards Association).

The product is 100 % recyclable.
The product has been made of natural materials. It does not accumulate electrostatic charge. Harmless finishing materials.
